High efficiency but software needs polish
The Canaan machines have excellent hashing speeds and energy efficiency. However, their mining dashboard app occasionally crashes which disrupts monitoring. Support was helpful in fixing it, but I’d like a smoother user interface overall.

Reliable with fast hashing
Canaan's mining rigs deliver solid hash power and haven't failed me yet. I appreciate the real-time monitoring feature in their app. Wish the customer support was a bit more responsive during peak hours though.

Great mining hardware for pros
I’ve been running their Avalon miners for over a year now and the uptime is impressive. The newest model improved cooling significantly which helped with long sessions. Still, I had to get in touch with support to sort out a minor connectivity glitch, but they resolved it within a day.
