Great flight with unexpected perks
I flew from Philly to Boston last week with JetBlue and overall it was a good experience. The boarding was orderly and the plane was clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the free in-flight Wi-Fi and the entertainment options on the back screen. The only downside was the small legroom, made it a bit tight for my 6-foot frame. Still, compared to other airlines I’ve used recently, JetBlue offered the best value for the price.

Nice flight but check-in needs work
Flight was on time and staff friendly, but the online check-in page kept crashing which was frustrating. Hopefully they fix that soon.

Good experience with minor hiccups
