I really like the variety of tutors available on italki and the flexibility of scheduling. Payment process was smooth but I had a bit of trouble with the app notifications missing my lesson reminder. The tutors I tried are very skilled, though, which honestly makes up for it.

I've been using italki for a year now and mostly had good experiences with my Korean tutors. The video quality is clear, and I love that I can choose native speakers with flexible time slots. However, a couple of times my payment got stuck in processing, which delayed my lessons and caused some frustration. The support team eventually resolved it, but it took a couple of days. Still, I prefer italki over other language sites because the teaching quality is solid and the community is supportive.
