Ironclad’s platform delivers solid contract management and the collaboration function is very helpful especially for remote teams. However, I find the user interface a bit clunky when switching between contract versions and it sometimes lags. The support team was responsive though and helped me fix some issues quickly. I’m happy but hope they enhance the usability in future updates.

The set of tools Ironclad offers for contract lifecycle management is impressive, from automated drafting to approval workflows. That said, onboarding took longer than expected and some integrations with our existing systems were tricky to set up, which slowed us down initially. Still, after getting past those hurdles, the improvements in team collaboration and contract visibility are worth it.
