Excellent digital banking experience
I switched to Intesa Sanpaolo about eight months ago after getting tired of traditional banks. The whole sign-up process was digital and painless, no paperwork at all. Their app lets me freeze and unfreeze my card instantly, which saved me once when I misplaced it. Plus, the budgeting tools help me stay on top of my expenses better than before. I had to contact support once about a suspicious transaction and they were very responsive and reassuring. Definitely feels like a modern bank that gets how people want to manage money today.
