Used Bizee to form an S Corp and so far everything’s fine. Pricing is fair and dashboard is easy to navigate. Support could be faster though when I had a compliance question.

I liked how Bizee tracks upcoming filings and deadlines well. The platform crashed once during document upload, but their team fixed it quickly. Would be perfect if the mobile app was more stable.
