HTX’s charting features are useful for an amateur like me. Trading is smooth and I appreciate the low minimum trade size. The only gripe is the mobile app UI, which feels cluttered and occasionally lags during peak times.

I've been trading cryptocurrencies for about 3 years and recently started using HTX because of their wide coin selection and advanced portfolio management tools. The interface is slick and executing orders is pretty fast. Unfortunately, the KYC process was a nightmare and took over a week to complete, which delayed my first deposit. Also, the withdrawal speed was slower than I expected, nearly two days, which isn't great in volatile markets. Support was somewhat helpful but not very proactive in resolving these delays.

I've been using HTX for about six months now and overall it's a solid platform for trading crypto. The interface is pretty clean and their charting tools actually helped me time some good buys. However, I had a hiccup last month when my withdrawal got delayed for almost two days without clear explanation. Customer support replied only after I sent multiple messages which was frustrating. Despite that, fees are competitive and I like the variety of altcoins available.
