Some delays and support issues
I've been with HTX for around a year, mostly using it for crypto trading and staking. The platform has plenty of coins to pick from and the portfolio tracker is quite handy for me to check my overall balance. However, a couple of times my withdrawals got stuck and it took 3 days to clear after contacting support. Also, the chat support sometimes feels overloaded and replies are delayed, which is frustrating when markets move quickly. I wish they improved the verification speed too, as it took almost a week for me to get fully verified. But once everything is set up, trading is intuitive and the fees are reasonable compared to other platforms I've tried.
