Hopper helped me find affordable hotels for my trip to New York. The price predictions were mostly accurate but I noticed some last-minute price spikes that the app didn’t warn me about. Customer support was polite but not very quick to answer.

I like Hopper’s concept and it did save me money on flights. Yet, the app sometimes lags and the booking interface isn’t very smooth on my phone. Also, I wish they had more flexible cancellation options.
