Good for busy marketers but needs tweaks
I rely on Hootsuite daily to juggle posts for several brands. The scheduling features and social listening tools are definitely strengths, making it easier to engage audiences timely. What’s been tough is the occasional lag in loading data, especially during peak traffic times. I also had some issues with the auto-scheduling feature not respecting different time zones correctly, which led to posts going out at odd hours. Support helped me troubleshoot but I hope they fix these bugs soon. Despite that, it’s a core part of my workflow now.

Helpful but glitchy app
The desktop version is solid for scheduling and monitoring, but the mobile app crashes too often. Also, I wish there was an easier way to bulk upload posts. Still, the support team was responsive when I reached out about syncing issues.
