Good fees and decent app
Hibit offers competitive trading fees which I like since I make multiple trades per day. The app interface is pretty neat but sometimes crashes during high volatility. Customer service is polite but could be faster. it’s a solid platform for spot trading crypto with a good range of assets.

Good but KYC Took Long
I started using Hibit about two months ago mainly for spot trading Bitcoin and Ethereum. The platform interface is clean and the order execution speed is decent, which I appreciate. However, the KYC verification process took almost a week, which was frustrating since I just wanted to start trading quickly. Support eventually helped speed it up after I contacted them multiple times, so that part was okay but could be improved.

Good platform but slow withdrawals
I've been trading on Hibit for about six months now. The interface is pretty clean and I like the multiple order types they offer, which helps with my spot trading strategies. However, I noticed the withdrawal process takes longer than expected sometimes, especially with Bitcoin. Customer support is helpful but not super fast in responses. I’m satisfied but hope they speed up withdrawals soon.
