Good but KYC Took Long
I started using Hibit about two months ago mainly for spot trading Bitcoin and Ethereum. The platform interface is clean and the order execution speed is decent, which I appreciate. However, the KYC verification process took almost a week, which was frustrating since I just wanted to start trading quickly. Support eventually helped speed it up after I contacted them multiple times, so that part was okay but could be improved.

Good platform but slow withdrawals

Mixed feelings about Hibit exchange
Started with Hibit because of their diverse crypto selection and promising fees. At first, the app worked fine but then I had an issue with a stuck transaction that wasn’t showing up in my history. Support took over 48 hours to respond which was frustrating. On the bright side, once they got back to me, they resolved the issue and credited my account properly. Still, the delay was annoying, especially since I’m used to quicker help from other exchanges. I hope their support team improves response times moving forward.
