Mixed feelings about integration speed
The signing process is easy and clear, but linking Dropbox Sign with our case management software was slower than expected. It took several tries to get the API keys right and there was a delay syncing document statuses. Once set, it worked okay, but the initial setup was frustrating and ate up valuable time from our legal team.
