Convenient but some app glitches
Mostly my experience is great with online banking and the website is user-friendly for all my needs like checking balances and paying bills. However, occasionally the app crashes when I try to open my investment portfolio which is frustrating. Support usually replies faster than typical banks but it took a while this time. Still, I’d recommend them for their customizable digital products.

Good digital bank overall
I opened a current account with HDFC a few months back and the whole online setup was painless. Transfers and bill payments work smoothly on both the app and website, and their customer support answers quickly in chat. The only small blip was that the e-Statements took a few days longer than I expected to reach my inbox but that’s not a big deal. Otherwise solid for anyone needing a reliable neobank.

Solid bank for digital users
I’ve been dealing with HDFC digital accounts for half a year now. The interface is clear and the mobile notifications keep me updated on my transactions which is reassuring. The only annoyance was a slight delay in cash deposits reflecting but support helped me track it down. Compared to others, their fees for international transfers are quite reasonable which saves me money.
