Decent, with a few drawbacks

Using HDFC Bank digitally has been okay so far. The user interface is clear and the app notifications for transactions help me keep track of everything. Sometimes the loan approval takes longer than expected and the support chat can be unresponsive during busy hours. Still, the online investment options offered are quite competitive compared to other digital banks I've used.

Mixed feelings about service

I signed up last year and the initial setup was smooth, but lately I ran into trouble with their app showing incorrect balance after deposits. Tried reaching out to support three times and responses were slow, which made me worry about my money. On the bright side, their fees remain low and the website lets me track payments easily. I hope they fix these bugs soon because it could be much better.
