Mostly positive experience with Gusto
I use Gusto for my small marketing agency. The payroll automation saves me tons of time every month. Benefits setup was simple too, but the employee self-service portal could be more intuitive. Still, I appreciate how it keeps everything in one place.

Good but occasional glitches
Payroll usually runs smoothly, but last month the direct deposit was delayed a day. Support helped quickly though, so not a big deal.

Convenient but support needs faster replies
I’ve been using Gusto for about 8 months now for payroll and benefits. The automated tax filings save me a ton of legal hassle, and employee onboarding is smooth through their platform. However, a couple times when payroll got delayed, customer support was slow to respond which was frustrating since I had worried employees. Aside from that, the software is intuitive and the integration with health benefits is pretty useful. I just wish they had faster live support during crunch times.

Good functionality with minor quirks
Gusto gives a nice blend of payroll and benefits tools that mostly just work. Sometimes the mobile app glitches when approving time off requests which is a bit annoying. Still, the desktop site is solid and reports are pretty accurate. It helps that I can manage everything from one dashboard without switching apps.

Mostly reliable but slow support
I've been using Gusto for payroll at my boutique for about 8 months. The platform handles direct deposits and tax filings well, but last time I needed help with benefits enrollment, the support took almost 3 days to respond. It's not terrible, but for urgent HR issues, I wish they were faster.

Effective but room for improvement
I've tried several payroll providers and Gusto is one of the better ones. The tax filings are mostly accurate, but sometimes the reports lag behind by a day. The onboarding process was smooth, and I like the integration with benefits management.
