I appreciate Grindr’s dedication to the LGBTQ+ community and how it tailors the experience to meet different relationship goals. The maps and distance indicators help me decide who to message, and the video chat feature was a nice touch during quarantine. Sometimes the ads get a bit intrusive, but that’s expected with free apps. Customer service handled a billing question promptly which I liked a lot.
