Mixed experience with support and matches
I started using Grindr hoping to find new friends and maybe dates, but the experience has been a bit of a rollercoaster. The location feature is great, but sometimes I get matched with people way outside my preferences. I also had an issue with my subscription payment not going through and customer support took almost a week to answer. On the bright side, the in-app messaging works smoothly when it's not glitchy and I appreciate the community vibe here.
