GoPay works fine for daily transfers but the occasional lag during peak hours is annoying. Also wish they had better notifications for failed transactions. The overall experience is okay, not great, not terrible.

GoPay is handy for quick payments but I ran into trouble when trying to top up my balance last month. The transaction was delayed and customer support took a couple of days to respond which was annoying. On the bright side, once resolved, the process went smoothly and I appreciate the wide merchant network they support.
