Trouble withdrawing funds, frustrating experience
I tried to withdraw around 500k IDR last week but the transaction got stuck for over 48 hours. Customer service was slow to respond and kept giving generic answers. It really messed up my budget since I relied on that money for rent. Not sure if I'll keep using GoPay if this keeps happening.
