Nice selection but slow support
GOG’s game selection is impressive, especially for vintage titles I love. The launcher works fine mostly, but the support chat took over a day to reply when I had a payment issue. Hopefully that speeds up soon.

Mostly great but one hiccup
Loved the DRM-free games and smooth downloads, but once had an issue with a refund taking too long. Support was okay though, hope they improve the refund speed.

Good platform, minor glitches
I’ve been using GOG for a year now and the library is solid, especially for older classics. Sometimes the app crashes during updates, which is annoying but not a dealbreaker. Wish the wishlist notifications were a bit more reliable.

Reliable DRM-free platform with decent perks
I've been buying games from GOG for over two years now and the DRM-free aspect is a huge plus for me since I dislike restrictive installs. Once I ordered a bundle during a sale and one game had a corrupted download, but support guided me through fixing it within a few hours. What I enjoy most is their cross-platform compatibility; I can play on Windows and switch to my Mac without hassle which makes gaming on the go real easy. The community forums also helped me discover some great mods, adding extra value. Would be nice if the desktop app were a bit faster but not a huge problem.
