I played a Gibson Les Paul Studio in the store and liked the feel, but the finish looked less refined than I thought for the price. Sound was decent but not outstanding. Probably good for beginners but not for pros.

The new Gibson Explorer I ordered has a killer look and plays fine, but I noticed some minor fret buzz that I wasn’t expecting at this price point. I’m debating whether to send it back or get it adjusted locally since support was a bit slow to respond. It’s a solid guitar otherwise, just a bit frustrating out of the box.
