Good but UI can confuse
I enjoy the variety of coins available here and the futures trading options. However, the app layout sometimes makes order execution a bit confusing, especially during peak hours. Support was helpful but a bit slow to respond when I needed help with a stuck trade.

Mostly good but one glitch
Used Gate.io for a couple months, mostly smooth. The app speeds up transactions well, and spot trading fees are reasonable. However, the futures section crashed once during an active trade, which was super frustrating. Support fixed it fast, but still kind of shook my confidence.
