Mediocre experience with withdrawals
I’ve had Gate.io for about a year now, trading mostly spots and dabbling in a few futures contracts. The interface is a bit cluttered for beginners and sometimes price charts lag, which can be annoying during volatile periods. Also, last month my withdrawal took almost 48 hours to process, way longer than promised. Customer chat helped but they weren’t very clear on the delay reasons. It’s okay for trading, but this inconsistency bugs me.

Love the futures and spot combo
I’ve been trading on Gate.io for about eight months and enjoy both the spot and futures markets here. Execution speed is quite fast and I haven’t experienced much slippage even during busy hours. The use on futures is flexible, and risk management tools are practical for me. The mobile app is convenient for monitoring trades on the go, although the desktop interface feels a bit packed sometimes.

Good but UI can confuse

Mixed feelings about UI and support
Started with Gate.io six months ago, attracted by the great crypto selection and staking rates. The market data is useful but navigating between spot and futures can be confusing on mobile. Also, I ran into a bug with price alerts not triggering twice, and support was slow to respond on chat. I appreciate the low commissions though, which helps with smaller trades.

Mostly good but one glitch
