Useful platform but some data delays

Galxe provides extensive blockchain data which helps me keep track of market trends and wallet highlights. However, I noticed the data feed can lag a bit during high traffic times, which is frustrating when you need real-time info for trading. I also wish the report exports had more format options. Their customer service responded politely but couldn’t offer a quick fix. I still find the platform valuable though, especially for historical data analysis.

Good, but UI could be friendlier

I appreciate the depth of data Galxe offers, especially for NFT collection analysis and wallet activity tracking. However, the user interface sometimes feels cluttered and not very intuitive for newcomers. It took me a bit to find the exact metrics I wanted and the filters could be more straightforward. Their support chat was helpful but a bit slow to reply during peak hours. Still, the insights definitely add value to my crypto strategy.
