Enjoyable but room for improvement
Been a subscriber for a year now. The variety of anime is impressive and I like how I can switch audio tracks quickly. However, sometimes the subtitles lag behind the audio by a few seconds, which can be distracting. Also wish the mobile app had better parental controls. Support is decent but response times vary a lot depending on the issue. Still, I keep coming back because the content is what I want.

Good content, minor glitches
Love the anime lineup, but the video quality sometimes drops randomly. Still, it’s easy to navigate and the new episodes come out on time.
