Mixed feelings on Flipkart experience

I’ve had some good luck with Flipkart, especially snagging electronics at discount prices. However, a recent order took way longer to arrive and I wasn’t able to get a clear update on the status. When I tried chatting with support, the wait times were long and the answers vague. The product eventually showed up fine, but the communication issues made the whole experience stressful. I hope they improve their tracking system and customer help soon because otherwise it’s a decent site with good deals.
