I’ve had some good luck with Flipkart, especially snagging electronics at discount prices. However, a recent order took way longer to arrive and I wasn’t able to get a clear update on the status. When I tried chatting with support, the wait times were long and the answers vague. The product eventually showed up fine, but the communication issues made the whole experience stressful. I hope they improve their tracking system and customer help soon because otherwise it’s a decent site with good deals.

Detailed order issues but happy now
So I ordered a kitchen mixer from Flipkart and it arrived with a minor scratch on the side, which was disappointing. Contacted support and they arranged a replacement quickly, plus gave me a small refund for the trouble. The whole process took about a week but the replacement is perfect.
