Mostly smooth but customs delay
Used Flexport for my last three shipments from Asia. The platform is user-friendly and tracking is clear, but customs clearance took longer than expected which delayed one container by almost a week. Customer support was helpful though, explaining the hold-up and advising on documents needed. a good experience but I hope customs issues can be handled faster next time.
