The exchange runs smoothly and has good liquidity. Unfortunately, the support chat took almost a day to answer my query about KYC verification. Hopefully they improve that soon.

I've been using Fireblocks for a couple of months to manage my crypto portfolio. The security features feel solid and I like the instant buy/sell options. However, the withdrawal process was a bit slow once, and the support chat took some time to respond. Hopefully they can speed that up soon.
