Started trading here two months ago and the execution speed is usually good, but sometimes the app freezes right when a big opportunity pops up. Tried to contact support about a delayed withdrawal and had to follow up twice before getting a response. Fees are reasonable, but the interface could be more intuitive for advanced charting. Overall it's okay, but not my favorite exchange yet.

I signed up last month and liked the overall platform but ran into trouble with a stuck withdrawal. Support took almost 3 days to get back, which was frustrating since I needed my funds urgently. The trading fees are decent though and the app is pretty intuitive. Hoping they speed up customer help soon.

Fireblocks Exchange has a solid reputation for security but my last withdrawal took over 48 hours to process, which felt too slow compared to other exchanges I use. Chat support responded but didn’t speed things up. I hope they optimize withdrawal times soon.
