Good tools but slow support
I like how Figment offers extensive governance options and the API is stable. Still, I hit a snag during a liquid staking withdrawal and getting answers from support took way longer than I expected, almost 3 days.

Convenient but minor delays
Figment’s dashboard helped me manage multiple DeFi stakes smoothly. I noticed slightly slow updates during network congestion last month but otherwise works fine. The support team was courteous when I asked about glitches.

Decent infrastructure
The node uptime has been reliable for my DeFi projects. Fees are transparent and the explorer works well. Would prefer a bit more customization on alerts though.

Mostly smooth staking
Figment’s staking interface is generally intuitive, I’ve used it for my Cosmos tokens for a few weeks now. Occasionally the dashboard lags when pulling validator details, but rewards are on time.

Helpful but could be faster
Using Figment helped me simplify my validator deployments quite a bit. The staking rewards tracking is accurate, but I had one glitch where my rewards didn’t show immediately after a claim. Support fixed it but took a day.
