Unreliable API responses

I’ve relied on Figment for staking Ethereum 2.0 and Cosmos tokens for over a year now. The uptime has been solid with minimal maintenance windows. Payouts are reliable and the governance participation tools make voting on proposals much easier. Sometimes their portal feels a bit basic but the underlying infrastructure effectiveness makes up for it.

Mostly smooth staking
Figment’s staking interface is generally intuitive, I’ve used it for my Cosmos tokens for a few weeks now. Occasionally the dashboard lags when pulling validator details, but rewards are on time.

Helpful but could be faster
Using Figment helped me simplify my validator deployments quite a bit. The staking rewards tracking is accurate, but I had one glitch where my rewards didn’t show immediately after a claim. Support fixed it but took a day.
