Great merch but shipping needs work
I’ve been a fan of Fanatics for years, always buying my favorite team’s apparel here. Last time I ordered a Patriots jacket and some memorabilia they shipped the jacket separately from the collectibles, which arrived days apart. It was a bit annoying since I wanted everything together for a gift. The jacket itself was perfect quality though, and customer service was polite when I asked about combined shipping options. Hoping they can improve on that because I really like the stuff they carry and shopping there is usually hassle-free.

Good selection but sizing issues
Fanatics has a solid variety of NBA gear, I got a Lakers hoodie last month. The hoodie arrived on time and the material feels premium. Only hiccup was the sizing chart was a bit off, had to exchange for a smaller size which delayed my game day wear. Support handled the exchange smoothly though, so not too bad overall.
