Mixed feelings about order delays
I ordered a Patriots jersey for my brother's birthday three weeks ago. The product quality was good and the official NFL tags were legit, but the shipping took forever and the tracking updates stopped halfway through. Customer service was helpful but couldn't speed it up much, which was frustrating. I appreciate the authentic merchandise but not the wait this time.
