Mixed feelings about support and bugs
I like the concept and the competitive edge FACEIT brings, but I’ve hit some bugs in the app that made me lose a match unfairly. Support took a while to respond and didn’t really fix the issue. I hope they improve their app stability and speed up customer service. Otherwise, the tournaments are well run and the competition is tight.
