Mostly good, some annoying bugs
I appreciate ExpressVPN’s commitment to privacy and the app is pretty intuitive. However, I’ve encountered a few bugs where the kill switch didn’t activate immediately after losing connection. It’s not often but enough to worry if you’re really concerned about leaks. Support was polite but took a day to respond about the issue. Hoping they fix this soon because otherwise it’s a solid service.

Good privacy protection but room for improvement

Reliable but app glitches occasionally
I've been using ExpressVPN for about eight months and really appreciate the strong encryption and consistent speeds on their US and UK servers. However, the app sometimes freezes on my Mac, especially when I switch servers, which means I have to restart it. Customer support was helpful the last time I reported this, but I hope they fix this bug soon.
