Good features but customer support needs work
I’ve been trading stocks and options here for several months. The platform’s market research tools and alerts are solid and help me make better decisions. However, when I had a problem with a delayed funds transfer, support was slow to respond and didn’t provide a clear timeline. Also noticed some small glitches in the portfolio tracker widget on the app. Hoping these get fixed soon because otherwise it’s a great broker for retail investors.
