Mixed feelings after 6 months using E*TRADE
I opened my account about half a year ago to try day trading stocks and options here. The platform offers solid charting tools and good research reports which I appreciate. That said, I ran into some annoying delays during market open, and the mobile app crashed a few times when I needed it most. Withdrawals took longer than expected, which was a pain. Still, their educational content helped me sharpen my strategies, so I keep coming back despite the hiccups.
Good features but customer support needs work

However, when I had a problem with a delayed funds transfer, support was slow to respond and didn’t provide a clear timeline. Also noticed some small glitches in the portfolio tracker widget on the app. Hoping these get fixed soon because otherwise it’s a great broker for retail investors.
