Mixed feelings about Ethereal DEX
I tried Ethereal DEX for some token swaps and staking last month. While the concept of decentralized control over funds is great and I liked the low fees, the app itself had a few bugs. One swap got stuck for almost an hour and I had to manually cancel it through another wallet. Also the UI isn’t very intuitive for someone new to DeFi platforms, which led to some confusion about transaction statuses. Support was slow to answer and didn’t really solve my problem promptly. I’m cautious about keeping funds here until they improve stability and customer care.
