Swapping tokens usually goes fine and the smart contract execution is fast. The interface can get a bit confusing during high traffic times though, which caused a failed trade once. I reached out to support but their response took more than 48 hours and wasn’t very detailed. Still using the platform because the fees are low and liquidity is solid, but hoping support gets quicker.
