Not bad but unstable launcher
The Epic Games Store has good titles but the launcher crashes often on my system, which is disappointing. I do like the free game giveaways but hope they fix these bugs soon.

I've been playing Fortnite through Epic Games for over two years now, and the improvements they've made to the Epic Games Store and Unreal Engine are impressive. Last month, I snagged a free game during their weekend sale and the download was super fast, no glitches at all. Their platform support across PC and mobile is really smooth too. The community events keep things fresh, and customer support helped me quickly when I had a minor billing question. Definitely my go-to place for gaming adventures!

Bought a couple of games but the store bugs annoyed me. Support was okay though. Waiting for improvements.

Epic's customer support is slow, had to wait days to get a refund sorted.

As a developer, I’m impressed by Unreal Engine’s capabilities and updates that really boost our game projects. On the flip side, using the Epic Games Store for buying games feels less polished than others. The app crashes occasionally and downloading can be slow, which is annoying.

I appreciate how Epic offers exclusive content and regular freebies, making gaming affordable. The launcher interface could be more user-friendly, and sometimes downloads stall but it’s manageable.

Sometimes the launcher updates mess up my saved settings, annoying.

I like the Epic Games Store for its exclusive titles but the launcher sometimes lags on my PC which gets frustrating. Also, the sales aren't as frequent or deep compared to Steam. Still, some free games each month keep me coming back.

Love how easy it is to install games and the free monthly games are a real bonus!

Epic’s Unreal Engine helped bring our indie game to life with stunning visuals and smooth performance. The constant updates and community support have been priceless. Plus, the Epic Games Store gives good exposure even though the store UI can feel clunky sometimes.

The friends list is handy but the chat feature glitches occasionally.
