My trip started off rough when I realized that baggage fees were much higher than quoted during booking. Tried contacting customer support via chat, but the responses took ages and often didn’t address my issue properly. Onboard, the food was decent, but the delay on my return flight added to the stress. Hope they improve transparency around fees because this felt like a hidden cost nightmare. I've flown Emirates before and never had this problem, so pretty bummed this time around.

Every time I fly Emirates, the crew impresses me with their warmth and professionalism. The food selection on the Dubai to New York route was excellent, and I loved the lie-flat beds in first class. Makes those long flights much better for sure!

Booked business class from JFK to Dubai, and the check-in process was pretty smooth online. However, our flight got delayed by nearly two hours without much explanation from the crew which was frustrating. The in-flight amenities were nice though, especially the entertainment system.

I flew Emirates from London to Sydney in economy plus, and honestly, I was impressed by the comfortable seating and attentive cabin crew. The meals served were better than I expected for economy class. Also, the connection through Dubai was smooth with plenty of lounges to relax in.

Booked a family trip through Emirates, and their ticket prices were quite competitive for the long haul. Boarding was a bit chaotic, but the flight attendants made sure we had everything we needed for the kids. Could improve on clearer boarding announcements though.

I’ve taken Emirates several times from Miami to Dubai, and I can't recall a single moment when the service wasn't top notch. The in-flight entertainment kept me hooked on every flight, and their punctuality is something I really appreciate. Last trip, my luggage even arrived early. Definitely my preferred international airline.
