Inconsistent service quality
Sometimes the pharmacists are super helpful but other times it feels like they’re in a rush and don’t explain things well. I had one issue where my insurance wasn’t applied correctly and it took several calls to fix. It’s hit or miss which can be annoying when you need reliable care.
