I’ve built a fintech app that relies on Currencycloud for cross-border payments. Execution of orders is fast and the spread on currency conversion is reasonable. One time I experienced a stuck transaction where it took hours to get in touch with support which was stressful because it delayed client payouts. Since then they’ve improved support response times, so I’m hopeful this was just a one-off glitch.
