Detailed but could improve UI
I’ve been trading with Cryptohopper for nearly a year. The range of market analysis tools is impressive, and the ability to backtest strategies saved me from some nasty losses early on. However, the user interface feels cluttered, especially the mobile app version. I wish they streamlined it more for faster tweaking during active sessions because every minute counts in crypto trading. The customer service team helped me figure out some tricky setups, which I appreciated.

Started using Cryptohopper last fall to automate my crypto trades and it's been a mixed bag. Their strategy designer is powerful but not very beginner-friendly, so I spent quite some time watching tutorials and tweaking setups. The execution delays during volatile spikes are a bit frustrating since orders sometimes don't go through on time, which affected my returns. That said, the ability to backtest strategies and the variety of supported exchanges are big pluses. Support was hit or miss but usually helpful if you catch them on a good day. I still find it worthwhile for the automation but expect a learning curve.

I’m no newbie but not a pro either, and Cryptohopper fits my style well. It allows me to automate trades across multiple exchanges without hassle. I once had an issue with bot not executing a sell order during a pump, and the support team was quick to investigate and refund my lost fees. The ability to customize alerts and adjust stop-loss settings in real time helped me recover quickly in volatile markets. Would recommend it if you're serious about automating parts of your strategy.
Helpful but needs more tutorials

Used Cryptohopper's bot for about 4 months now. Execution speed is decent but I noticed the app crashed twice during high volatility periods, which is frustrating. Customer support responded quickly though, so overall pretty reliable.
