Mixed experience with support
I had high hopes but ran into some troubles linking my exchange accounts initially. Support took a few days to resolve the API keys syncing issue which was annoying since I lost some trading hours. The platform works well once set up but that delay cost me some profits. Hoping they speed up their response times in the future.
