The banking app is pretty easy to navigate and their savings products have decent rates. But sometimes the app crashes when I try to view my transaction history, which can be annoying. Hope they fix that soon.

I like that I can do almost everything from the app without visiting a branch, including applying for small loans. However, I wish they had better push notifications for payments and low balance alerts. Apart from that, services work well.

I opened an account here a few months ago and love how easy it is to deposit checks using the app. The digital wallet integration works well too. However, I’ve had a couple of hiccups with the notifications not appearing on my phone, which made me miss some payment reminders. Customer support was helpful when I reached out through chat, but I hope they improve the push alert system soon.

I’ve had a mixed experience with Crédit Agricole. Setting up a savings account was straightforward and rates are competitive compared to other neobanks I’ve tried. But my recent loan application took way longer to get approved than expected, about three weeks, and I wasn’t kept in the loop properly. The support team was polite but didn’t provide clear updates. a decent service but definitely room for improvement in communication and speed of credit decisions.

I appreciate the no-branch approach that Crédit Agricole offers, especially since I travel a lot. The app lets me handle most banking tasks quickly, and I like the instant notifications after each transaction. However, I’ve noticed that sometimes the app logs me out unexpectedly which can be frustrating when I’m trying to pay bills. Their loan options are decent but interest rates aren’t the lowest compared to competitors. Also the online dashboard could use more detailed spending analytics to help track expenses better. Still, I mostly find it reliable and user-friendly.
