Overall the platform performs well with decent rates and a wide range of coins. My only gripe is the chat support takes a bit long sometimes, had to wait around 20 minutes before they answered about a withdrawal issue.

Love the variety of cryptocurrencies available, makes portfolio diversification easy. However, occasionally when checking prices or making trades the app froze which got annoying. Hope they fix this soon.

CoinSwitch is great for quick crypto exchanges and has great token coverage. I just wish they offered more advanced charting or analytics tools for serious trading since the current interface is quite basic.
