Decent but spotty experience
I used CoinSwitch a few times to swap between Bitcoin and Ethereum. The interface is simple enough but sometimes the transaction fees are higher than expected, which caught me off guard. Also, the app froze once during a trade, which was annoying but support helped sort it eventually.
